convenient locationdecent size
the location is very convenient it is easy to get to via subway from penn station. it is also very walkable to theaters and many eating options i found the room to be a decent size. the room was comfortable.
the air conditioning unit was quite noisy it was mounted into a wooden panel in the window which darkened the room even more.

The room had issues. I found the beds quite hard, and the furniture looked worn. The air conditioning was also very noisy. It was difficult to sleep with it running. I had to turn it off. I expected better for the price. I probably will not stay here again.

the location was fantastic. i could easily walk to many attractions. the coffee clutch in the morning was great. the woman running it was efficient and ensured the coffee flowed steadily.
it was often crowded. the bathroom containers for shampoo were difficult to use. it was hard to squeeze the product out, and determining if they still had product was impossible.

the room was clean, a fridge, a safe and a kettle were provided.
The bellman really soured my stay. I asked for help, but he stopped me because i didn't say "good morning" first. he insisted i had to say it before he would assist, though i was polite. his communication style felt rigid. I found it off-putting that he couldn't understand different cultural norms. i think he should learn to be more considerate of diverse communication styles.

the location was convenient for seeing shows. the room included a mini kitchen. this was useful. the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby were a nice touch each morning.
the room faced an unappealing terrace. it had an unpleasant view. i did not like it. the air conditioner was quite noisy.
